Think of us as your Bag Fairy Godmother. Only instead of turning pumpkins into carriages, we transform your previously loved luxury leather goods into bespoke TALA creations that are utterly, unapologetically yours.

And unlike Cinderella's carriage, this particular transformation doesn't disappear at midnight.

Totally Reloved invites you to give your treasured leather goods an entirely new identity. Rather than simply repairing or restoring your original bag, we completely deconstruct it, carefully exploring the materials, details and hardware that can be given another purpose.

Using the TALA specification book as our creative guide, we reimagine these elements into a new, bespoke TALA design. Beautiful leather, buckles, clasps, chains and other salvageable details all have the potential to become part of something unexpected.

The result? A one-of-a-kind creation that carries a little of your past into something entirely new.

Because the most interesting pieces aren't always the ones with a pristine beginning. Sometimes, they're the ones with a story to tell.

For us, sustainability isn't simply about what we choose to buy. It's about recognising the value in what we already own.

Totally Reloved is our way of challenging the idea that luxury must always begin with something new. By working with existing leather, hardware, samples and remnants, we give beautiful materials the opportunity to be enjoyed for longer, while approaching design and consumption with greater consideration.

And the creativity doesn't necessarily stop with your new bag.

When suitable materials remain, we may be able to turn those little leftovers into an additional surprise. Perhaps a pair of earrings, an anklet, a cuff or a collar. Something playful, unexpected and wonderfully personal.

Materials that cannot be incorporated are assessed for appropriate recycling wherever possible.

It's a more thoughtful approach to creating something beautiful, without losing an ounce of the personality that makes it TALA.

We'll help you hand-select from the materials available, bringing together colours, textures, details and unexpected combinations to create a Reborn piece that feels entirely your own.
